The nutritional content that is balanced and in accordance with the needs of fish will be utilized by as a source energy used for growth. feed alternative from coconut testa bioconversion has been investigated its effect on growth performance red tilapia stadium fingerling. chemical composition testa, survival rate water quality (temperature, pH dissolved oxygen) were analysed descriptively. experiment was carried out experimentally using Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted four levels Rhizopus oryzae (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%). parameters measured Average daily gain, efficiency, protein efficiency ratio. Data analyzed Analysis Variance (ANOVA) 95% confidence level, Duncan's multiple distance test. chemichal change, rate. study showed R. up to 20% formulation could provide fry, highest value obtained at use 15% an average 42.43 ± 0.71.
